Mumaduke Designs was created nearly a year after our son came home through adoption. After searching through shops all day to find a suitable card for letter box contact I decided to go home and make my own. Nothing seemed the right fit.
When my son came home I quickly realised that there wasn’t the same gifts and products on offer for adopters. I wanted milestone cards which weren’t all about a babies firsts. I wanted cards personalised to us and that mentioned adoption.
The rest is history!
At Mumaduke Designs having a special and personal gift for yourself or a loved one to celebrate adoption and your family milestones is really important to me. Most of our products are personalised and if you can’t see something you like then please just ask.

Finding a suitable adoption product isn't easy. The shops are getting better and there are more online as years have gone by, which is amazing for our community. When I had an adoption shower before our son came home, I had 2 cards which were specifically for adoption. Those cards were so special to me. So, I set out to make a range of products and it has expanded!
I wanted to make personalised products, so they are not only a way to celebrate your family coming together but also to be a part of your child's life story.

Hollie and I met through social media in another community, both 'retired' teachers with a love for exploring and crafting. After starting university I quickly realised I couldn't juggle the personalised side of Mumaduke Designs. This is where Hollie came in. Together we have designed a collection with you, your child, foster carers and social workers in mind.
